What people are saying about our Advice and Guidance...

  • Trish is wonderful! She is knowledgeable, helpful and supportive and has really helped me organise my thinking, so that I have been able to evaluate my practice and confirm, corroborate and evidence what I have been doing in my job role.
The course has enabled me to think more carefully about my ways of working, so that I am able to reflect and hopefully continue to work to improve the service I give to clients and to also to function as a useful and supportive colleague within our team.

    Janette Darbon, CCN

  • Trish was fantastic. She explained what was expected from myself in order to get this certificate. I was able to work on my own pace (which was actually pretty fast) and we finished course sooner than anticipated. She was always available on the phone or via email should I need her. Personally the best thing about it was to be able to do it face to face rather than as online learning. Cant wait to do my Level 4 Qualification with these guys again.

    Olena Batista, Clarion Housing

  • Trish was an excellent tutor. Always available to answer my questions. Very calm and reassuring. Patient as well

    Paul Cleghorn, Clarion Housing

  • Received great amount of 1-1 support as and when required. On-going support available through phone and email or face to face meetings. Gained a lot of positive support and encouragement, including constructive feedback and advice. Resources via email, useful techniques and information provided throughout the course. Overall, a very useful qualification gained in relation to my professional career, satisfying and most importantly it developed my existing skills and knowledge.

    Ravi Duggal, Develop

  • Diane was excellent throughout the course. She was accessible and supportive and always answered my queries very quickly. The course itself was well laid out and easy to follow.

Gemma Doughty, College of West Anglia

  • Di was an excellent assessor, very knowledgeable and supportive throughout my studies. Nothing was too much trouble and I don’t think I would have done it without her. I feel the course has helped me in my role.

Kate Lawn, N. Walsham High School

  • Trish has been my tutor and she has given me excellent 1-1 guidance whilst I have been studying the qualification. She is very friendly, helpful and responsive.
she responds very quickly if I ring her or email to ask for clarification. She is also organised with the course admin and is flexible in arranging to meet me at work at times when she has needed to observe my practice.

    Rachel Watson, City College Norwich

  • Di was an excellent assessor, very knowledgeable and supportive throughout my studies.  Nothing was too much trouble and I don’t think I would have done it without her.  I feel the course has helped me in my role.

Kate Lawn, North Walsham High School

  • Excellent experience for the IAG level 4, so informative and helpful around each module and help was always at hand if and when needed, would highly recommend.

    Leah Harvey, Realise Futures

  • Thank you for the regular support you gave me to enable me to complete my IAG level 4. Having gained this qualification it has definitely given me more confidence, an enthusiasm to gain more knowledge of what is available for people so I can offer them a quality IAG service.
  • I recommended several former colleagues to undertake their IAG NVQ with you, as I know you would fully support them and help them achieve.

Trish was fantastic. Can’t wait to do my Level 4 Qualification with these guys again.
Olena Batista, Clarion Housing

Trish very much allows students to study at their own pace and to go into the course at the depth that suits them. She has been very encouraging when I have been inspired to research into the theory section in particular. She has also been very patient over the delays I have experienced as I have fitted studying into life’s typical ups and downs. I have taken at least twice over the course as I have envisaged and she has flexed to allow me to do this, which is a great relief.
